How do I convert 12-hour time to military time?

For AM times (except 12 AM), keep the hour as-is and add leading zero if needed. For PM times (except 12 PM), add 12 to the hour. 12 AM becomes 00, and 12 PM stays as 12. For example: 3:00 PM → 3 + 12 = 15 → 1500. 9:30 AM → 0930.
